O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver top-tier service to retail and installer customers and assist store management with daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and team members are supported with comprehensive compensation and benefits.

You will greet customers, help select merchandise, process transactions, and contribute to store metrics. Training, promotions, and cross-selling are core parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selection of merchandise
• Promote customer service programs and related selling
• Look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely
• Process exchanges and returns per policy
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Assist with store operations including stocking and planogram updates
• Perform in-store services and occasional vehicle-related tasks
• Support delivery when needed and directed by management
