Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policies.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Complete daily store tasks including stocking, planogram updates, and image maker.
