Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and handle in-store and phone interactions simultaneously.
• Bilingual Spanish language is highly desired.
• Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging systems, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet retail and installer customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Help manage professional customers and support store management with tasks.
• Process exchanges, returns, and cash/credit transactions per policy.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Assist with stock updates, planogram compliance, and daily operations.
