O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide excellent service to retail and installer customers and to support store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and provided training to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.

You will greet customers, assist in merchandise selection, process transactions securely, and help with daily in-store operations including stocking and planogram updates.

Qualifications

Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
Able to multitask by handling in-store and phone requests simultaneously.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise and services.
Serve professional customers with installers, and support store management.
Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions securely and accurately.
Process exchanges/returns and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Assist with daily operations including stocking, planograms, and inventory tasks.
Operate store equipment after training and company requirements.
