O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers and to support store management with assigned tasks. Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain cash drawer.
• Process exchanges and returns per policies and procedures.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices, and promote related items.
• Assist with stock, planograms, and daily store operations (receiving freight, stocking shelves, fronting).
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
