Candidate should be able to multitask across in-store and phone interactions, with strong knowledge of automotive parts and catalog systems; bilingual Spanish is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to assist retail and installer customers.
• ASE certification is required.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Familiar with automotive catalogs and weatherly index system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with parts selection and related selling.
• Aid professional customers and support store management and installer service staff.
• Answer phones, look up parts, quote prices, and suggest related items per policy.
• Handle cash, checks, card transactions, and maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Process exchanges and returns in accordance with policy; resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist with image maker, planogram updates, stocking, rotation, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., wipers, battery tests) where permitted by state law.
• Occasionally drive deliveries when business needs require.
