The position emphasizes greeting customers, looking up parts, quoting prices, and maintaining cash handling procedures while ensuring policy compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desirable: Familiar with automotive parts, Weatherly Index System, and automotive sales or service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone with the goal of first-rate service.
• Look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items and the Low-Price Guarantee as appropriate.
• Process cash/credit transactions and handle returns/exchanges per policy.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and store maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support professional customers and installers as directed by store management.
• Complete required training and promote customer service programs.
