Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, exchanges, and returns per policy
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items
• Perform daily operational tasks including stock updates and planogram changes
• Operate store equipment after training and company requirements
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
• Occasionally assist with deliveries when needed
