Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver excellent customer service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management with daily tasks and may involve in-store services and occasional deliveries.

The position emphasizes bilingual communication, strong product knowledge, and adherence to company policies across transactions and service interactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items and low-price guarantees.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions securely.
• Process exchanges/returns per company policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, headlight capsules, etc.) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
