Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions per policy.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with daily store operations, stock, and planogram updates.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
