O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers in our Indiana store. You will support management, assist professional customers, and promote core customer service programs.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and responsibilities include cash handling, returns processing, inventory tasks, and in-store services per state laws. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualificações

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and installers as needed.
• Process transactions and handle cash, checks, and card payments.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock, planograms, and store maintenance.
• Perform in-store services and, when allowed, drive deliveries.
• ANSWER calls per policy and quote prices and part lookups.
