Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Stanley, ND is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will greet customers, help select merchandise, and promote service programs.

You will handle in-store and phone inquiries, cash transactions, exchanges, and returns per policy, assist with stock, planograms, and daily operations, and may drive a delivery vehicle when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist professional customers as needed and directed.
• Handle cash drawer, transactions, and returns per policy.
• Process phone inquiries, look up parts, quote prices, and upsell items.

• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
