Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items.
• Handle cash drawer, accept payments, process credit card transactions, and make change accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
