• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
• Outstanding, friendly, professional customer service
• Ability to multitask, handling customers in-store and on the phone

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection
• Support professionals and installers as needed
• Process transactions and handle cash, checks, and cards
• Accept exchanges/returns and maintain store appearance
• Address customer complaints and provide solutions
• Assist with stock, planograms, and routine store tasks
• Perform in-store services and basic vehicle checks as trained
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if needed
