Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies and procedures.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items and Low-Price Guarantee.
• Maintain cash drawer, accept cash/checks, process credit card transactions, and balance cash at end of shift.
• Assist with stock updates, planogram changes, freight receival, stocking shelves, and fronting facing.
