Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management with daily tasks.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling transactions, processing returns, addressing complaints, and supporting stock and planogram updates. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges/returns and issue credits per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Support store operations including stock, planograms, and image maker tasks.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries as needed.
