Job summary

Lindemann North America is seeking an Order Management & Inside Sales Analyst to own the parts order cycle from receipt to delivery. The role delivers professional customer service to end customers and internal staff, handling order entry, acknowledgement, and follow-up deliveries from the San Antonio warehouse.

Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• A minimum of two years of experience in order management, inside sales, customer service or aftermarket parts order handling.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP or a comparable enterprise resource planning system, encompassing sales-order entry, pricing conditions, delivery creation and customer billing.
• The ability to identify parts accurately from engineering drawings, bills of material, part numbers and equipment serial numbers.
• Demonstrated accuracy under transactional volume, with the discipline to verify prior to confirmation.
• Professional written and verbal communication, including the ability to prepare and lead a customer meeting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, enter and acknowledge customer orders in SAP, ensuring correct part numbers, quantities, prices, delivery dates, Incoterms and payment terms.
• Verify each order against quotations and price lists before confirmation; resolve discrepancies.
• Issue order acknowledgements with delivery dates substantiated by stock or supplier confirmation.
• Administer order changes, reschedules and cancellations within terms; record reasons and revised commitments.
• Maintain the open order book, clear incomplete/blocked lines, manage backorders and close completed orders.
• Monitor and follow-up on open deliveries to ensure timely shipment from the San Antonio warehouse and direct drop-shipments.
• Support billing enquiries, disputed invoices, credits, debits, returns, and free of charge orders.
• Act as the designated customer contact for parts order placement, status, delivery and billing across assigned accounts.
