Job summary

Lindemann North America is seeking an organized, customer-focused Order Management & Inside Sales Analyst to own the parts order cycle end-to-end. You will serve as the primary contact for order status, deliveries, and billing, coordinating with supply chain, warehouse and outside sales to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English, written and spoken, due to customer mix.
• 2+ years in order management, inside sales, or aftermarket parts handling in industrial/distribution environments.
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP for sales orders, pricing, delivery and billing.
• Ability to identify parts from drawings, BOMs, part numbers or serial numbers.
• Accurate work under high transactional volume with careful pre-confirmation checks.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate and enter customer parts orders in SAP with correct part, quantity, price and delivery details.
• Verify orders against quotations and price lists before confirmation; resolve discrepancies.
• Issue acknowledgements with delivery dates based on stock or supplier confirmation.
• Manage order changes, reschedules and cancellations within terms and documented reasons.
• Maintain open order book, clear incomplete/blocked lines, manage backorders and closures.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely shipments from San Antonio warehouse and dropships.
• Assist with billing inquiries, credits, debits, returns and free of charge orders.
