Job summary

Lindemann North America is seeking an Order Management & Inside Sales Analyst to own the parts order cycle from receipt to delivery. You will serve as the customer contact for parts orders, status, and billing, coordinating with supply chain, warehouse and outside sales.

The role demands bilingual Spanish/English proficiency, SAP expertise, and a strong focus on accuracy and customer service within an industrial environment in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• Minimum of two years in order management, inside sales, or aftermarket parts handling.
• SAP or comparable ERP system experience including sales-order entry and billing.
• The ability to identify parts from drawings, BOMs, numbers or serials.
• Ability to verify orders before confirmation with accuracy and reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to lead a customer meeting.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, enter and acknowledge customer parts orders in SAP with accurate part numbers, quantities, price, delivery date, Incoterms and terms.
• Verify orders against quotations, price lists and terms; resolve discrepancies before entry.
• Issue order acknowledgements with delivery dates supported by stock or supplier confirmation.
• Manage order changes, reschedules and cancellations within terms; record reasons and revised commitments.
• Maintain open order book, clear incomplete/blocked lines, manage backorders and close completed orders.
• Monitor open deliveries to ensure timely shipment from San Antonio warehouse or direct drop shipments.
• Support billing inquiries, credits, debits, returns and charge orders.
• Serve as the designated customer contact for parts orders, status, delivery and billing.
• Prepare and conduct scheduled parts order review meetings; present open orders and aging.
• Prepare quotations against price lists and convert accepted quotes into orders.
• Identify parts from drawings/BOM/serial numbers and report data deficiencies for correction.
• Report order accuracy, delivery performance, billing accuracy and aging; analyze causes of misses.
• Analyze sales performance, customer activity and market trends to support revenue growth.
• Track leads, quotations, conversion rates and sales opportunities; provide pipeline visibility.
• Support pricing, margin and profitability analyses for quotes.
