O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at the installer counter and lead daily activity of the delivery team to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background, hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs, ASE certification, and is fluent in Spanish. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders by phone/online, invoice, pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery staff.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections daily and record mileages.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Help with backroom duties and labor claims processing.
• All other duties as assigned.
