O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers and to support store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will greet customers, assist in product selection, help professional customers, and handle cash, returns, and phone inquiries. Daily duties include stocking, planograms, inventory tasks, and basic in-store services as allowed by state law.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, exchanges and returns per policy.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices, and promote related items.
• Perform daily operational tasks, stock shelves, planograms, and assist with inventory counts.
