Qualifications

• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote the Low-Price Guarantee.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy and secure cash drawer.
• Maintain stock, assist with planograms, and support daily operations.
• Occasionally drive deliveries as business needs dictate.
