Job summary

Inspiration Ministries seeks a bilingual Customer Service and Prayer Ministry facilitator to handle calls, emails, and record updates for Partners. You will support the IPC Supervisor, manage inquiries, and help maintain accurate partner data, with potential face-to-face ministry as needed.

The role requires proficiency in Spanish and English, strong communication skills, and experience in ministry-related customer service within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Spanish and English.
• Sound, biblical Christian faith and spiritual maturity.
• 3–5 years in ministry-oriented customer/partner service.
• 2–3 years in customer/partner services with issue resolution.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Work well in a multicultural, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound Partner calls, emails, and record updates.
• Interface with Partners and management to ensure accurate records and fulfillment.
• Support IPC Supervisor with prayer letters and monthly activity reports.
• Assist with outreach and ministry-related communications as needed.
• Occasionally minister face-to-face as part of duties.
