Job summary

PMCH is seeking a Family Partner at the Unity Family Success Center in Irvington, NJ. You will welcome participants, conduct intake tasks, and connect families with needed resources while serving as a key community contact. You will also translate materials and lead Spanish-language workshops.

The role includes outreach, event support, and data tracking, with a focus on fostering a safe, organized, and family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Human Services or commensurate experience.
• Two years of experience in community-based/human service programs.
• Experience in prevention-related programs.
• Three to five years of administrative experience preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and callers professionally and provide tours as needed.
• Instruct participants to complete program forms and guide them.
• Connect families to resources with referrals and advocacy.
• Assist with Family Success Center events, marketing, and outreach.
• Track daily service data and report monthly to management.
• Translate materials into Spanish and adapt content for workshops.
