UW Credit Union's State Street branch is seeking a part-time Peak-Time Teller to deliver front-facing member service and process transactions accurately and efficiently. You will represent the branch with a positive attitude, help members with a variety of financial needs, and support a team-focused environment in a busy branch.

The role emphasizes problem solving, eagerness to learn, and a passion for helping people while maintaining our service standards and branch policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work with customers of all ages/backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
• Team player who can jump in where needed.
• Able to work in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of UW Credit Union at the State Street branch.
• Achieve balanced scorecard results per Sales & Service Philosophy.
• Maintain knowledge of UW Credit Union products and services.
• Process member requests accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Research teller transactions when errors occur and communicate with members.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and submit referrals.
• Seek to exceed member expectations.
