Job summary

Blackstone Valley Prep Mayoral Academy is hiring an Operations Associate to support non-instructional tasks and keep records in a high-achievement environment in Rhode Island. You will manage lobby, supplies, student enrollment, and communications with families under the guidance of the Head of School and the Operations team.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, have at least two years of school-based or office operations experience, and hold a bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum 2 years of school-based or office operations experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the lobby and main Office.
• Maintain school supplies and storage.
• Support coordination of food service vendor relations.
• Support transportation procedures.
• Maintain student enrollment records and communicate with families.
