All Care Health Center in Council Bluffs, IA seeks a Bilingual Part Time Dental Patient Access Representative to join our front office team. This role offers part-time hours (~24 hours) with a schedule Mon-Wed and occasional late shifts. Salary ranges from $16.50 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, assist with dental history and billing forms, and support daily operations of the dental team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous training and experience in dental reception setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments according to written dental protocols.
• Triage patients according to written dental protocols.
• Prepare daily schedule for dental staff.
• Ensure each patient is advised of the sliding fee scale.
• Obtain documentation for accurate dental billing and enter data on dental billing forms.
• Assist patients with dental history, consent and financial forms as needed.
• Perform cashiering and collection duties.
• Answer clinic phones and make calls to dental patients.
• Pre-call patients to remind them of appointments and notify payment due at appointment.
• Maintain accurate dental files for patients and quality control.
• Fax, copy, and email dental reports and x-ray records as required.
• Follow up on no-show patients daily.
