Job summary

Faraday Future is seeking a Manager, PAR Ecosystem Enablement, a senior cross-functional leader who will own dealer/partner enablement end-to-end. You will architect enablement strategy, build scalable program infrastructure, and drive improvements in dealer readiness, productivity, and satisfaction.

English and Mandarin bilingual communication is required. Based in El Segundo, CA, you will partner with Legal, Content, and Sales to align on governance, training, and events, while traveling as

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional program management or sales enablement experience with cross-functional scope.
• Demonstrated program leadership from strategy to execution in fast-paced environments.
• Bilingual Mandarin Chinese and English required for internal and dealer communications.
• Strong cross-functional influence, strategic thinking, and clear presentations.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; familiarity with project tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and own PAR dealer enablement strategy and roadmap.
• Design, launch, and improve structured enablement programs (onboarding, training, GTM readiness).
• Translate business objectives into executable roadmaps with milestones and KPIs.
• Act as accountable owner for enablement outcomes; monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Business, Legal, Content, Marketing, and Sales.
• Develop bilingual enablement content and governance for the dealer network.
