Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support customers at Store #705288 and Store #705296 in Norwalk, CT. You will help customers select paints and related products, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

You will manage sales transactions, stock displays, tint and mix products, and assist in deliveries as needed, contributing to store sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
