Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. in Decatur, IL seeks a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, recommend products, and resolve inquiries while supporting store sales goals.

You will handle in-store and phone contacts, maintain product knowledge, and help with displays and deliveries as needed. Must work weekends/evenings; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone; determine needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and operate cash transactions accurately.
• Follow policies to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders, stock shelves, and setup displays.
• Tint/mix products per customer specs and support deliveries as needed.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and options; participate in inventory control.
