Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Aurora, IL is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist. You will help customers identify products, answer questions, and drive sales while maintaining store presentation and accuracy.

You will stock shelves, assist with deliveries, and resolve concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction. Requirements include English and Spanish language proficiency, 18+ age, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Minimum age 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone with product needs and options.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Maintain in-stock condition and present displays.
• Support stock, loading/unloading trucks and deliveries as needed.
