Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Baton Rouge area is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, answer questions, recommend products, and help maintain store presentation.

You will handle sales transactions, support delivery coordination, and strive to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals while ensuring safety and accuracy. Must be able to lift 50–70 lbs and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Assist in deliveries as needed.
