Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist both wholesale and retail customers, determine their needs, and recommend right solutions. You will resolve customer concerns, maintain product knowledge, and support store visual standards to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write, speak English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Assist in deliveries as needed.
