Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking Spanish.
• Valid unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: at least a 3 rating on recent appraisal and completed HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work orders and formulations.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and discuss product options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements.
