Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must read/write/communicate in English; must read/write/communicate in Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends; in-store safety and policy compliance.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams performance rating and HR training requirements if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and propose products/services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to store policies.
• Maintain stock, set up displays, and pull products from floor/warehouse.
• Tint and mix products as required to customer specs.
• Keep shelves organized, clean equipment, load/unload delivery trucks.
• Support inventory control and strive to meet sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and cross-sell where appropriate.
