Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #707294 in Plano, TX. You will help customers, answer questions about products, and recommend the right solutions to ensure maximum satisfaction and sales goals.

This role requires English and Spanish communication, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Prior paint/retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and discuss available options.
