Qualifications

• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a 'meets expectations' rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning.
• Delivery/retail experience is preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policy.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications when needed.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as required.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; maintain store cleanliness.
