Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, recommend products, and drive sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The selected candidate will work at Store #1176, 906 Echo Hills Park City, KS 67219, handling in-person and phone inquiries, stocking and tinting/mixing products, and following safety and inventory procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and operating procedures.
• Retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks as needed.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up product displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when required.
