Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Basehor, KS to assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, present products, and process sales transactions with accuracy. You will build trust with wholesale and retail customers, stay updated on product features, and help meet monthly and yearly sales goals while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
