Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #705366 in Newark, NJ. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, answer product questions, and recommend solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and store performance.

You will help with sales, transactions, product tinting, stocking, and delivering support, while staying current on product features and maintaining high store standards. Weekend/evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; maintain in-stock conditions.
