Job summary

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and lifting up to 70 lbs may be necessary. This on-site role involves cash handling, stock duties, and occasional deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; schedule may vary.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a 'meets expectations' rating.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have completed HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep areas presentable.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
