The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a full-time Customer Service Specialist for Store #8580 in Canoga Park, CA. You will help customers identify needs, explain product options, and recommend solutions while supporting monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Daily duties include assisting customers in-store and by phone, stocking displays, tinting and mixing products as needed, handling transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have received at least a "meets expectations" rating on your most recent performance appraisal.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position.

• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.

• Load/unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
