Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist for Store #8017 in Flagstaff, AZ. You will assist customers in person and by phone, recommend products, and help achieve store sales goals while maintaining product quality and displays.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking, tinting and mixing as needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products/services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work orders and stocking procedures.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse and assist deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options with customers.
