Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Dallas to assist customers in person and by phone, recommend products, and help drive store sales while maintaining high service standards.

You will handle product questions, resolve concerns promptly, stock shelves, and support deliveries, with a focus on accuracy, product knowledge, and a positive shopping experience for wholesale and retail customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas and displays.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
