Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Exton location seeks a Customer Service Specialist to help wholesale and retail customers find the right solutions and resolve concerns. You will promote products, process sales, stock, tint, and assist with deliveries while maintaining store standards.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, physical lifting up to 70 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to retrieve material from shelves, lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present products/services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Stock shelves, pull products, tint/mix as needed.
• Support deliveries and maintain neat, presentable areas.
• Follow inventory controls and meet sales goals regularly.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales.
