Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and in Spanish.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and assist customers in person or by phone.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and tint/mix products as needed.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable area and stay knowledgeable about products.
• Suggest improvements to sales and customer experience.
