Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers within a 20 mile radius of Store #703411 in Eagan, MN.

You will identify customer needs, recommend Sherwin-Williams products, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction while contributing to store sales goals. The role is full-time with starting pay at $19.85 per hour and eligibility for health benefits, FSAs, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams candidates must have at least a 'meets expectations' rating.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams candidates must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in making deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
