Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Store #707483 at 209 N. Peters St., New Orleans, LA 70130 is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Specialist to help wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend the right products.

You will process transactions, stock shelves, tint/mix as needed, and support store operations while working toward sales goals. Fluency in English and Spanish, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and related paperwork.
• Pull appropriate products from sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products as needed per customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options.
