Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish abilities preferred.
• Experience in customer service or retail is desirable.
• Valid driver's license may be required for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow store policies
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Maintain accurate work order files and pricing formulas
• Pull products from shelves or warehouse as needed
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Clean store equipment
• Load/unload delivery trucks; assist with deliveries when needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options; comply with inventory controls
• Suggest ways to improve sales
