Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• High School diploma or GED and relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and pricing formulas.
• Pull products from shelves or warehouse; tint and mix as needed.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep store areas tidy.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options to advise customers.
• Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements.
